nice hot shower and wifi in the room

wifi wasn't working while we were there

beautiful terasse with views of the lake and safe parking with 24/7 security

lack of signage as to where is the entrance, parking, reception desk etc. a bit overpriced.

the fourth floor where the built in bar is required some lights so you can host a small gathering there

location with crocodiles right in front of the door, great atmosphere at the bar and generally very friendly and helpful staff

place has bar and restaurant and can organise tours which is very convenient

riverside location, with a bar and restaurant serving excellent food

the bar served a great virgin pina colada and made a terrific vegetable quesadilla which was the best

the bar was populated by happy families and people from the area

pretty clean, shared small fridge in room, solid wifi, public bus nearby can go into town, safe area and place, quiet

the shower had very little water pressure and the wifi was pretty nonexistent.

remotes for a/c unit & tv were wonky. room service knock on door at 8:30 sunday morning

room service was forgotten and misplaced and it was very late in the evening

find the dining room service slow and some of the wait staff a bit aloof.
