breakfast was phenomenal every morning, they even leave baked fresh goodies for snacking

just beautiful. would recommend to anyone looking up in bar harbor
they have a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up which we used a couple of times but also

pool was being remodeled and we were not aware of that ahead of trip
pool wasn’t working
it advertised a pool
cottage was smaller than expected. not much private space. pool was not open.
the outside of the cottages are old, the driveway feels like a lumber road, and the pool is a hole in the ground (note - the property does not claim it has a pool)

parking was easy
beautiful property, w/ lots of green space for kids, a grill, a pond, back deck, and the basketball hoop was a nice bonus
pick up after themselves as we nearly stepped on poop several times trying to make it to the kids
it had fresh paint, good towels, cute bedspread, a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could ever need for making dinner including can opener, bottle
we have 5 kids and a small farm quiet is never part of our lives together

attentive housekeepers, very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, satisfactory breakfast
the staff were kind to give us a late check out because we were sick

how come there are no pancakes or waffles for breakfast
