parking situation for residents is a problem as the car park is simply not big enough due to the bar and restaraunt being so

around bangor, we were very happy with all of the things this place had, from a decently equipped bar offering cocktails, lagers, ciders, etc at good prices, to pool tables nearby and large tvs

an excellent service a special mention to mathew who was very accommodating and arranged a late check out , our room had a great view of the sea , the mountains and bangor pier which is

for 5 nights , and only minor thing was, we had to ask for clean towels and for toilet rolls, the room service was not asking if we needed anything extra or if they have to get the rubbish

you just want a drink you get directed to the sports bar which is ok but a little rough if you just want a quiet drink

the sports bar next door is a fun place to spend some time playing snooker and darts

breakfast was splendid. porridge was particularly good and the service excellent.

however the breakfast made up for it , plenty of choice ,quick service and accompanied by a warm friendly smile

had an honesty bar for after hours situated in their sumptuous parlour, which sums up the attitude of the hotel

view was stunning, good little bar and phenomenal location

if i had travelled with the kids i would not have allowed them to sleep in the bunkbeds

who checked us in was lovely we stayed in the club til closing playing darts and pool with the kids

i think its a great little place for families with kids, close to some great amenities

when attempting to order room service, no one answered the phone

the spa should be free. it is tiny and with very few facilities, definitely not worth the money.

strange layout of the bathroom....over priced spa for guests of hotel, should be reductions

real complaints; however, i am looking forward to the completion of the kitchen refurbishment to savour a dinner to the same excellent standard as breakfast

if you are staying at the hotel you also get a discount on your bar bill

with everything you would need in it , the meals were to die for and very good value , the breakfast (included in the price) was as good as anywhere else we have stayed and alot better than

off duty staff drinking in the bar were quite rowdy and swearing, didn’t bother me personally but could see how it could be for

food at breakfast and dinner was really nice with a good choice

perfect spot and dog friendly and a fair price and easy parking, couldn t ask for much more.

the face's, we had my dog with us every thing was great dog friendly, and on first night he had a spa so relaxed for are walks and after my toffee sticky pudding with custard you need a good

place to stay, ample parking at the back which was great

room was beautiful and the view was astounding, the breakfast was sooo good, and dinner was a bit pricey but reflected in the beautiful food we had,

would be nice to have the choice of a normal bar meals menu aswell as the restaurant for evening time
