ritz carlton montreal exceeded our expectations on every aspect: personal service,accommodations,pool,spa,and fitness, bar and dining

we especially enjoyed the pool which was clean and comfortable

one interaction with host at the restaurant/ bar on our first evening

food on the room service was over priced for the quality of it, but the presentation was great

a certain amount per day as security deposit on our stay and also forgot to charge one of the room service charges at the end of our stay which was charged randomly later on

the room service choice and quality was ok ish, not as good as i know from other four seasons

property still the best in my view in montreal in general i like everything the rooms the gym the

bathroom had separate shower and bath which i enjoyed, good facilities for making a tea or coffee room service was excellent fast and courteous
