really like the pool area and how clean they keep the hotel outside

family in a room brought all their huge relatives outside of the hotel to the pool area, let them all in and took over all afternoon while i was unable to swim or use the

extremely helpful and kind staff. very relaxed pool environment which they clean every morning.

stuff had service awareness and the pool was nice

comfortable, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was so nice, and the facilities like the gym and communal space were so well thought out

the gym was also exceptional, well equipped and air conditioned

we love the restaurant and gym facility. rooms are comfortable.

staff was very friendly and accommodating of my early check in request

the gym was so hot i could barely do my physical therapy

we liked that it was dog friendly although there is a pet fee

bad wifi connection, practically not working at all. no hairdryer. little bit old furnitures.

machines and vending machines need to be upgraded and at working conditions, also the locations laundry mat needs to be upgraded to have csc pay mobile option for washing clothes

the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. love the clean pool!

fridge on pool side is pretty large versus on the other side

some have pool view( which isn't great) but better than some lol

they upgraded us to the pool side and it was great
