the shower leaked - just poured out the door onto the floor and made a dangerous pool on the floor

we liked the hotel breakfast and the location.

better coffee! lower pet fee for short stay.

pet fee for one night was$75

the free laundry was also a nice perk to staying there

big bonus is free laundry and their gym is open

staff was friendly and kind! pool was excellent!

the pool and gym were closed and we weren't told before booking. stayed there for the pool.

breakfast was okay, help didn't show up, but the girl did all she could winging it

pet friendly, hot breakfast, pool and workout area, laundry facility.

pool was great for kids

i was traveling with my grandaughter that takes gymnastics close by, so it was good to be able to rest and not have a long way to drive

the decor choices are excellent, parking is easy, and the breakfast is delicious

the breakfast was great! also, the location was very convenient.

we weren't able to get a hold of room service late at night (the front desk attendant took a restroom break) but the officer on (+) room service was outstanding as well (+) room service food was the best i've had anywhere and i've stayed all over at the best hotels (-)on our second full day there was no room service even though we were gone all day. (+)clean, quiet, comfortable bed, staff was friendly, room service was great. (-) ordered room service, over an hour later called asking for a delivery time (-)insufficient cleaning and room service

free breakfast not included. but nice cafe in the lobby serving breakfast.

the gym equipment was great and what one would expect in an apartment home

location, cleanliness, restaurant, parking, gym, manager at location was excellent!

the gym is very high quality

self-service economical laundry services are available at the hotel

bar and game room were a fun place to hang out for adults and kids

then in the evenings while he worked out in the gym i enjoyed the free happy hour which also offered a warm meal and salad bar

and my kids loved the shuffleboard table in the bar area (also pool table and lots of games

was lousy no words can describe it, and restaurant was closed all the time, had to go to bar with very limited menu

breakfast. so called. two cereals.dry milk. coffee was warm.
