man on reception spoke good english and was very helpful and friendly, there is also a great bar and restaurant in the hotel,would definitely stay there again, thanks tina and tony

rather scruffy and run down, apart from entrance and bar area

the bar restaurant were considered our local when we lived in t he area some years ago

we had a snack from the bar area which offers a small menu of sweet and savoury crepes

bar staff were rude and grumpy

i truly enjoyed the hotel free parking and wifi. its walking distance of a mall.

wifi was weak in the room and the walls were a bit thin as you could hear your neighbours.

i expected the wifi to be better in a hotel this size.

the rooftop pool is stunning and the views were great

the only thing i might improve or change is the opening time of the bar ( very limited)

appreciated the laundry facility- so able to wash my travel clothes

the residence has the gym, 2 kitchens where you can cook, also a patio so you can chill outside with a nice view

full kitchen on the main floor, and a very fancy lounge to hang out downstairs, there was even a gym and weight room

the rooms are very dated and could do with being redecorated and the wifi is very slow.

are completely no wifi signals in my room at all which is very disappointed

wifi never worked so it was hard for us to book things for our future plans

has in the room nespresso, and a mini bar (so you have a little fridge)

a wall with our bedroom so we could hear everything in that bathroom, from toilet flushes to kids wailing

stayed in room 16 which is just opposite the laundry room

there was a very good laundry service at a reasonable price

when rowdy kids camped under our window the cigarette smoke permeated the room.
