issue is the line for the bar, it at times took 20 mins to get a drink and the all inclusive bar only opens for 4 hours a day

canteen staff very friendly great entertainment for kids

areas looking tired - there were several plug sockets not working in the room, the security bar on the door came off and the air con controls not working the tv was poor

location , clean absolutely gorgeous room , superb staff, superb breakfast, superb golf, just can t praise it

all staff were so polite and helpful pool indoors absolutely wonderful breakfast fabulous and with one of us gluten free we had bread each day and delicious gf pizzas

we made use of the bar and the seating area on more than one occasion, it was very comfortable and pleasant

no gym and pool is very small really just a plunge pool.

very clean, room was spacious and nicely decorated. pool on the roof was a bonus.

only suggestion would be having the bar open either all day or earlier than 5pm as it would be great to be able to get drinks around

paying extra for the parking and late check out.

also room service worked flawlessly

it had a reasonably priced car park underneath and a lovely bar and

we requested late check out and that was no problem and we were not charged for it either

although we did not use the facilities ie cafe bar restaurant it looked excellent

on our outward journey, the hotel staff had recommended that we eat in la togo tapas bar about ten minutes walk away and there we had the best tapas of our two week trip

breakfast was excellent and all the staff was great me and my daughter enjoyed our time here and

very clean, great staff, parking in the basement lot, supermarket next door, and even a laundry facility

knew the spa was not open, but we thought the indoor pool was part of the hotel, but it was a municipal one

just after midnight - not able to obtain drink other than from mini bar - this is poor for a hotel of this star

there is a spa and pool next door you can go to for a few

parking was expensive, restaurant was not top quality, no bar for cocktails
