perfect location and perfect room , clean pool and parking on spot

maybe i was just above the laundry

it s always clean and safe to be at and there s restaurants right across the parking lot

it was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of parking.

i like the 24hr laundry facility

was equipped with everything we needed, the outside was immaculately maintained to include the laundry facilities

the beds were so nice the couch & chairs in the living room area were not very comfortable the kitchen was very nice thank you for everything

the pool could have been warmed a little (but that’s just me)

we loved the hot tub and the breakfast was good

requested 2 extra towels because i had the spa room and was told by staff, they only give 2 towels a day per room

reserved a room with a spa tub and water was lukewarm never got hot

spa bath seemed bigger than the picture which was very great

had paid for a room with a spa tub and too my surprise i got a room that was under construction and had no bathtub at all

the sheets and pillows were stained, that spa tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, the appliances were used like the soap and toilet paper

didn’t like that the stove in the kitchen didn’t work

by far one of the best that i have stayed at it is clean the staff are friendly and my room had a kitchenette which was very convenient especially because it was located across the street from

a kitchen was advertised, which turned out to be a shared kitchen which we were never given access to

two bedrooms, nice size kitchen and fridge was clean and working perfectly.

some rooms have kitchenette and they have plans to buy if you don't have any

was roaches, the pool was dirty and unclean, alot of banging and noises, not family friendly there is alot of

one downside was that the pool wasn't filled with water so we weren't able to go in and it was a warm/hot day

you can cook, use the micro, ac, huge refrigerator, kitchen table, dishes and silverware there for use, and a nice bed

and quiet place for me to rest, just wish the pool was open then i could do my water aerobics which would allow me to loosen my arthritic knees

family next to us had kids that were not well behaved

gym was nice

that the jacuzzi pool was closed my kids really wanted to get in.

but i would ir be nicer for my kids and i to enjoy the pool

most negative i experienced were that children under age 16 and unattended were swimming in the pool and being extremely loud and splashing all over

the pool does not look clean it needs a little bit of work done

she picked us up in the shuttle got out and checked us in all while answering the phones and holding down the whole hotel

the room was really nice, it had a little kitchen and sitting area

roaches, bed bugs, hard beds, dirty bedding, no room service, dirty scuffed up floors and walls

tv in back room not working so it was hard to keep the kids busy with no tv in there

soap wasn’t getting grease off the dishes the kitchen sink faucet water wasn’t hot enough
