appreciated access to the level lounge and the level area, which included a heated swimming pool

booked this place with the spa in mind, we had no notice from the hotel that the spa wasn't available when we said that was

spa is for relaxing and having kids in the pool and everywhere did not help to relax

the availability of the spa and other eating places as most were all closed
