jacked up the pet fee from $20 to $40

pet area was not in good shape, very weedy

the pet fee was supposed to be 25, i was charge 45 by the front desk by mistake

if i had known the pet fee here was $40/night i probably wouldn't have booked

paying an additional $40 pet fee for a non-pet room when i called and said we would have a pet.

while we were having breakfast, the male host came up to my husband and told him he took off the pet fee, which was $40 to give us a discount because of the small issue

the next morning we were there the kids didn't want to eat and i had cereal

there was an unknown sticky glob on the carpet in our room (i told the kids not to sit on the floor in the room)

so we ended up just doing baths for the kids

so clean, awesome beds, friendly staff, best breakfast anywhere!

the room was big and clean and the hotel has a fitness room and a snack shop

friendly welcome, nice (though small) indoor pool. good location. good breakfast.

we like the swimming pool.

as usual, the room was clean, check in smooth and breakfast was good

the freedom to rest, the pool, laundry facilities, exercise room and breakfast were all great.

oh yea, i was in there so long my kids came knocking on the door to make sure i hadn't fallen

indoor pool was out of order - my kids were very disappointed

they also have a gym and laundry facilities upstairs
