the pool and pool area were also kept immaculate and included water slides for the little ones and also

breakfast was a wide selection but the bacon was traditionally very fatty

nothing! breakfast room a bit noisy, when full.

this is not our kind of hotel, but we booked it for the kids & grandson and they loved it

areas of the hotel (steep stairs up the pool for example) could be a danger to young children

walking up and down to the 13th floor with 2 kids under 5 years old was not easy

february is out of season so a lot of the facilities like pool and restaurant were closed

chill out lounge and pool bar on top of the hotel , breakfast restaurant and onsite evening restaurant

also the gym equipment was extremely limited, the saunas and swimming pool were closed

the waterpark for the kids was great and the kids enjoyed kids club.

like the towel policy of having to go down to the spa to pick up/trade or return towels

aqua park for young kids was great. hotel is a good size not too big.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the waiter in the tapas bar was exceptionally helpful and polite
