i was is appointmented that cereal was not an option for breakfast

there is an on site laundry room on the 2nd floor, but no change machine

i was also upset because in order to use the laundry facilities, we were told to put our dollar bills into the vending machine and press

nothing to mention hopefully, gym will reopen after covid. it looked nice.

to the front desk and was told to call the local police because he doesn't have access to the laundry room

laundry facility is 1 stackable washer and dryer which is out of service

no wifi , i came to do some work , frustrated no wifi

no smoking rooms when i came, couldn't connect to wifi

only thing that i did not like was the pool not being open and the ice machine needs to be fixed

nothing besides maybe the clean pool dirty sheets and bathrooms with hookers slamming into the walls and smells of many narcotics

clean rooms and the indoor and outdoor pool areas and golf grounds were very nice

our teen kids enjoyed the indoor pool which is huge and wasn’t busy at all in the winter

kids loved the pool. bartender was friendly and quick.

keycard, it will open doors that is part of the perks of your hotel stay, like the pool and the gym have lock that you can only open with your keycard

service was slow in restaurant at breakfast time

at all uncleanness un sanitary pool and fitness center doesn't work and staff don't care how they talk to

specifically get hotels that have pools

the indoor pool area needed attention; smelled like there was too much chlorine and water wasnt clear

heater was broken in the swimming pool, the elevator was out of order, the little refrigerator in our room was filled with ice, and

i noticed that the usual breakfast was not served

the sports bar was closed therefore i had to go out to get hot food

breakfast being included with our stay was why we booked (besides the pool) they could do better

there were no towels in the outside pool area

nice clean refreshing outdoor pool, and i enjoyed using the fitness equipment they had

it was clean, though i would say, the coffee water supply need cleaning and the kitchen towel should be changed

you also get access to a gym and spa, but my wife and i didn't utilize those so we can't speak on them

need to fix light bulbs in bedroom ceiling, dining room and one in kitchen.

to the convention center was fantastic, eliminated dealing with traffic and parking before our gymnastics meet

to shopping & entertainment, the gym facility was great & i loved the pool & hot tub

restaurant and bar not open

room, beds were comfortable and we were able to get a late check out by joining marriott rewards

comfortable i love the fact that is pet friendly quiet need a pool and spa close to outlets

coffee bar in lobby was not open

though the lobby has a bar featuring both beer and wine; none was available during the week except on weekends; forced us

everything was fine. i love the food at the bar in the lobby area.

no tv guide in room, kinda of empty no casino one bar and a mini golf .

and i also think that hotel guests should get some discounted prices for the water park

they have indoor gocarts, large arcade, and putt putt golf

hotel has a new arcades in the casino floor, bar and boxing ring, great for children and adults and also a small bowling alley

access to front door for seniors, hc or strollers. rooms and pool area need to be updated.

not much negative to stay..just make sure you bring quarters for the kids to play games!

right next to the bar a live band was playing at on the beach

the rum and oyster bar was closed because of the off season

no accommodation for handicapped - no ramp in front pool could be heated

pet friendly and reasonable price for pet fee

smoke alarm kept going off while we were cooking in room with kitchen.

was very big kitchen was huge and so was the living room everything very clean only thing that was a little
