fab breakfast

outside and lovely new suite for four of us with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge/ kitchen

had family room with actual kitchen i wasn’t expecting, plenty of room & the dog loved it too

the kitchen was really good and the apartment was beautiful and close to everywhere

twin room booked because it was advertised with a spa bath was not allocated

bar below one of the reasons for staying (birthday) closed the entire time

booking i received a email stating that thr bar would at weekends be open until 3am

this is not stated on the listing, rather a bar is listed as an ‘amenity’ but they will message you the night before and say that they

the bar was closed when we were there so didn’t see any staff but check in and out was very quick and

would have been nice to have the bar downstairs open

end of college term, so there was some noise from the college kids out partying.

nothing wrong with the facilities but outside noise levels from drunk kids was

we are a family with two small kids, so the room size is nice for them to have enough space to play

super breakfast and the location on the bay with lovely ale and cider on handpump just good all

as always, friendly staff, comfortable room & great breakfast

of room was very good, drinks in bar very good as was the food, breakfast was excellent, staff always attentive and they all appeared happy

the breakfast was really good too and i slept very well with a comfy bed and a lovely shower

as i was in room 12 by the bar the sound of the front door especially at night was really loud when its let go to shut

it's an issue if you have mobility issues or with kids and luggage or all the above when carrying everything

anyways me and my two kids climbed the stairs but it felt like our room was on the 6th floor with the amount of stairs

there was no bar and no separate lounge.
