lovely place to stay, friendly, quiet, was unexpected as bar open until midnight.

food and drinks at the bar could be maybe a bit cheaper

good, the meal was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly if a little overworked, secure parking, we will definitely be returning

in at the bar a wee bit hit or miss depending upon how busy the restaurant is

a more convivial bar area. there is a 'snug' or 'lounge' but that was a bit dark and old.

staff were helpful and friendly. hotel was in a nice location, good parking,

best music in bar and restaurant. big parking area in front of hotel. no noise from the street

only complaint would be bar and restaurant prices too high and pillows too hard

door codes made the check in process so easy), to during our stay (as we had some questions re late check out) and they were very helpful and quick to respond (+) the staff were very accommodating, they let us do a late check out (+) we had late check out for no charge

the wifi was excellent throughout our room and breakfast room, and the use of the smart tv with

the staff were very flexible regarding my early check in, and the breakfast was delightful.
