i liked how it was medevil style and it being one of kind and the pool area was fantastic.

no stairs or signs for directions how to get to pool or other amenities

clean, modern, excellent kept facility. excellent pool area as well slept well...

by desk staff to bring any up) -we were told by staff members we could not bring towels from the pool to our rooms, so we dripped wet through the lobby -onsite dining does not have a diverse menu

the pool area was advertised to be much bigger. very disappointed in that.

in mind if your bringing kids

the staff was very nice and they even offered me a complimentary late check out.

about the motel was perfect we stayed on the motel side where the pool and game room are

with our baseball team for a tournament and also received passes to chula vista which was a great water park

the room was nice, along with the huge pool

carpet /smel like a gym/

i liked the little extras like the soaps, shampoos, laundry bag, etc

let see i'm a gym rat so the fitness center was limited to what i need.

wifi was horrible, unless you paid for it

the bar is now, pool inside , jacuzzi inside and outside , just

they had a nice pool but no hot tub or sauna

small pool, no hot tub, no one knows what's going on on uber not set up well with that

comfortable, breakfast included, great location, perfect walk in shower, nice pool, nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff

gym was large and had a nice variety of machines

i like spas and there was no spa but the pool was still nice.

location and activities for kids!

we also received passes to the timbavati wildlife park, which was wonderful (kids--ages 9 & 13 loved it)

trying to relax at night in the hot tub there are little kids that are not being supervised running around and at times jumping into the hot tub

the play ground was a plus and so was the pool and hot tub

my kids love all the water inflatable’s

in for dinner that was excellent then cocktails after at the bar with the awesome bartender jill and stayed over in the

great clean breakfast area, with plenty of food options

the bar closes at 9pm

indoor pool water should be warmer. other guest we met also had the same opinion.

my favorite motel out of 2 week vacation. loved relaxing in the indoor pool.

very friendly service, clean, smelled nice in the room, excellent breakfast.

best breakfast of all the places that we stayed this week.

the treadmill in the gym - one of only three cardio machines - was broken

room was awesome for me and my girlfriend, check in was fast and easy, pool was nice.

the gym light were broken and down on equipment and i couldn’t really exercise in a dark .
