the room was huge, clean, comfortable beds, safe, plenty of parking, the pool was really nice with fresh towels available

the kids had a blast in the pool and waterslide will do again
it was offseason so it wasn t busy at all but the weather was hot enough we could still enjoy water park and pool and we had it all to ourselves for the most part
everyone was so nice and the kids enjoyed themselves
it was already sunny ** no lifeguards in the kiddie pool; definitely a safety issue ** no daily room service
new facilities, great water activities for the kids.

we stayed for five days, and throughout our stay the pool remained consistently cold, we could not use it—please ensure the pool is properly heated
