pool was too small

the free area shuttle was helpful

breakfast was hot, staff was friendly, kim was wonderful on checking in

1 stool at counter in room so kids could sit while eating - asked for more, never received

the kitchen and how it came with everything.

hassle to go across street to the sister hotel to use all of there amenities such as the pool and gym in the freezing cold

our room was perfect and having access to a kitchen and utensils was such a plus

there is a swimming pool form your use too

only that the pool wasn't open but with covid maybe it's better

and just want to add a big shout out to the two gentleman working the breakfast may 17th and 18th breakfast room was so busy and they handle the crowd and demands for

the pool wasn’t working my kids were very sad, i choose this property for the pool

had mistakenly thought breakfast bar was included

no laundry bag in closet and only one hanger, i had multiple jackets and stood forna weekend and

my kids wanna swim about noon time but it was

reeks of marijuana by the young kids they allow to rent rooms and party there

there was some convention which somehow meant we couldn t swim until 10, it s nice seeing kids being kids but it was like parents let them loose during whatever event was being held

lobby, restaurant was closed and no breakfast and i had to check out earlier than intended to get kids

not ideal when traveling with kids

staff was friendly and accommodating. and we liked the pool and sauna.

2 hours to check in the line was extremely long and they only had 1 staff member had 2 small kids that were sleeping in the car till we got a room by the time we got the room it was almost

the kitchen staff. hotel employee is so friendly & helpful. pleasant demeanor.

nothing went wrong and the complimentary breakfast really good

the water pressure is amazing and the morning breakfast was a free surprise

the complimentary breakfast had everything you could want
