great because we had space for my husband and i with our two kids (14 & 9) and it was perfect for our dogs

like hotal becoz they have apatment feel like home my kids very happy evething is very nice clean

their was a party noise until 12 pm and my kids couldn’t sleep

was great to have a family room with a separate bedroom for the kids.

get access to the room you have to go to the bar first

location and cleanliness of the facilities. the bar in particular downstairs was great.

the hotel is over a bar which when we stayed there was karaoke on until around 1am therefore making it very noisy

the room was spotless and comfortable. the bar staff were a credit to the business.

murdered the karaoke downstairs in the bar but i cant complain it's usually me and the rooms are right next to the bar

kitchen was well equipped

with all shops and restaurants in easy walking distance even for my mum aged 90 and free parking in the centre of shrewsbury was an added bonus

arriving by train when i was sent the very long information email it had a long missive about parking to begin with i just thought that was what it was about and didn t read on

would suggest the kitchen could be better equipped- coffee canteen - washing up liquid - salt/ pepper

parking next door was brilliant but our gps didn't pick up the house address so it took us a while

the wifi was weak/unstable but gave me a good excuse to stay off the internet!

wifi, good beds, bath, toilets, breakfast and a comfy room that was cool if i needed

was no room service, had to beg for towels and toilet roll, toilet didn't flush, no toilet brush, only 1

bit noisy at night as our room was over bar area and their was a disco on,but next time i would just ask for a quiet room

hotel would benefit from a sign and or a bell on the bar in the lounge to call staff when unattended, other than that the hotel was great
