the bus depot nearby can be an issue for families with young kids given that some arguing and disturbance were seen- this is more of a providence problem and

i like everything from the room to the pool and amazing breakfast staff were super nice

the only “issue” i noticed was one pool chair falling apart but there was plenty others that were good
there is a nice little playground outside the pool area which was nice
everywhere, no gym, no ice machines worked, told to go to the bar on the adjoining property to ask for it
too many kids at pool. didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. no complimentary breakfast
the pool was warm and clean

exceptional breakfast
we had to change our plans at the last minute (sitters got sick) so we had to bring the kids -- they really went out of their way to help us and accommodate our family
breakfast was delicious, of restaurant quality
the property owners were there at check in and at breakfast
