wifi was adequate

wifi connection was very poor through out the hotel, in our room on 3rd floor there was no wifi at

there is no wifi in the converted barn where our room was, only in the house.

great for small kids

if i was being picky about the room we had i'd say the stairs up to the mezzanine area for the kids area a little steep/slippy so may not be ideal for very young kids or people with mobility

they kids loved the swans and ducks in the stream running through the property

the rooms were very clean, a good size and the bar and restaurant were very stylish

great position for beach use ,found a great beach bar just down the road
