the facility was spectacular, pool, bar, restaurant 5 stars, and staff was outstanding.

rooms were large, the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and gym were nice amenities

everything was perfect, except for the personnel at the bar (really lazy fellows)

said on line that there was airport shuttle and it was not available. had to take a taxi.

the room is very clean. breakfast was good and kids love the food

most of all, and my first consideration when booking any hotel - i loved the pool

one of the phones wasnt working in my room and i couldn't call for room service when i arrived so that was sad

the breakfast area was to small and therefore it was very crowded

one small downside: there were few vegan options at breakfast.

only think i didn't like was the battled water was in the bathroom instead of the kitchenette

the best thing was that there was a kitchen and the room was in good condition for a family of 5 and a dog to spend comfortably

the indoor pool was a great size and depth and warm

the floors in the kitchen- and living room are worn down and could use some cleaning and shining up
