stay room, grounds and the pool were first class

to reception didn't work but no issue as the was another one in the bathroom so could call for room service etc

room we only had breakfast which was very good it was just for 2 days but longer next

the breakfast offered eveything you would ever want to eat, and it was excellent quality

no evening entertainment. kids club not within hotel complex. no iron even under request.

baby pool wasn't as shallow as we would of liked for our 1 year old but that's just cause his

value for money, the villa had every appliance and kitchen utensil you could possibly need, my dad who works in kitchens was fascinated by the amount

gym and pool were great and the staff throughout the complex were more than friendly

very comfortable, spacious suite and also came with a well equipped kitchen which is great for those with young kids

gym was a bit small would be the only minor complaint. hardly essential for a holiday.

pool bar and food kiosk was closed for first 2 days but opened up for the spring / summer on the

only complaint was the lack of gluten free options at breakfast & in the restaurants

a short drive to the lovely old town of faro and within walking distance to local bars and restaurants

gym room was poor quality, only couple of machines that were in a worn out condition.

we only stayed one night but the rooms were comfortable and clean with an excellent buffet breakfast the following morning

very clean, brilliant location ,excellent room service and good breakfast.

the kids club is at another hotel and the pool is very small

no cleaning/desinfection equipment in the gym to clean after usage

also, the gym has no windows, which results in a build up of odour

staff was super helpful, spoke great english and loved kids

a fabulous kids club too which is very well run

were quite a few shouting kids in the lake which looked to be from the other apartments so can't be helped

which was a base for us for the week whilst over for a family wedding and somewhere where the kids (all different ages) could play sport and relax in a nice pool

the use of the spa facilities/ indoor pool and the breakfast included in the price was a plus

not able to buy coffee from bar before breakfast finished

didn’t have breakfast but think it would have been good as pool bar food for lunch was very good

the pool is fabulous

aside from the usual kitchen utensils there were containers in case you wanted a picnic, there were umbrellas, beach

the bar area was a bit outdated needs a more modern feel.

the spacious 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic, and the team's hospitality from reception to room service and breakfast was exceptional

if you didn't have kids you'd probably wonder what was going on

to swim if the water was heated which leaves everyone having to go to the indoor pool in the gym which really isn t meant for families

some things like breakfast and a bar were not offered, but that was no big deal for us

great location near the beach. good parking options.

did say on the site there was a pool bar but it wasn't set up

definitely would have given a 10 if restaurant and bar open, however we did know in advance and it was our choice to still stay there

pool are fab very comfortable bed and great linen

car parking is available directly in front of your villa

the breakfast was honestly one of the best in europe, and the whole experience felt personal and

finish, quiet even when fully booked around the pool, service impeccable

dinner at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the jovial banter with paulo and all the staff

stayed in a 2 bed villa with a kitchen looking over the course which was well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable

the gym equipment is not well maintained, some missing pieces

the facilities are super, there is a private beach, a bar with live music, pool (more than one), parking, mini market, late check-in, everything that you (+)the kids were amazing, we could sit and watch them safely whilst enjoying beverages from the pool bar alongside it (+)were all lovely and friendly, from the cleaners to bar staff (+) plenty to do, great bar and restaurants (+) but food in pool bar was great, staff of both buildings very helpful and we hope to be back next year but without (-)wasn't anything we didn't like apart from the directions for the beach and bar were a little confusing at first, maybe little signposts erected would come in useful but not (-)like food, not enjoy at all specialy the one served in the red bar not recommend some of swimming pools could be
