love hot pool and views

needed a bit more space for our kids gear in room. maybe heated lockers in the future?

breakfast was great, a little more than you might usually expect from a continental breakfast

best thing about staying at the austria haus was the breakfast and the staff and the pool/hot

however, i was pleasantly surprised to find a waffle bar with fresh berries

the waffle bar was really fun for us to make our own hot waffles

we like to prepare food in the kitchen which didn t help with room temperature

not clear that pool was in a diferent location

kitchen was in great shape and had great appliances

walking distance to everything, cleaning every day, outside pool, full kitchen, king bed, seating outside, and big kitchen

pool was amazing

also, the amenities available (pool, fitness room, s'mores

front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated as their #1

it's a bit much when people can hold their dog at the bar where people eat and drink

rooms, area, restaurants around. spa was so nice.. very cool place for families

nice big bed, nice view from room, fantastic location and nice bar and dining

solid covid measures in place, sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable, kitchen has no dishes or utensils and there is only one chair to sit on

great amenities (hot tub, pool, steam room, sauna) (-)hot tub and pool area needs an upgrade sofa bed was very uncomfortable (-)pool was beautiful, but small with little room for lounge chairs (luckily we scored two) (-) pool is very small and your view is a concrete jungle

for kids, kitchen area in the room, patio, comfortable, quiet, and private room

shuttle service to the mountain was great too

the pool was great for the kids

well supplied kitchen. spacious common spaces.

the shuttle to the mountain picks you up right outside the

pool was closed.

a hole in the wall sports bar open in the whole town that serves food after then, so if you have kids you pretty much have to starve

the pool & hot tub area was lovely!

three hot tubs down by the creek, the saltwater lap pool that is heated, great hiking right out the back door, and a phenomenal hotel with great views

the pilates class, gym and spa were

many kids at the pool, very rowdy, no one told the parents to control them

had a fantastic time enjoying our porch, the heated pool, jacuzzi’s, live music, fire pit and s’more making

our kids loved swimming in the heated pools after a day of skiing

spa was amazing
