pool was too cold

its uniqueness. not your typical hotel. had more of a spa vibe.

we enjoyed the pool, had dinner on the roof, shuttled us around downtown

the staff was awesome and the shuttle driver jonathan was very nice and knowledgeable

coffee / breakfast bar with great music

staff and the extremely high pet fee is enough to turn you off from anything else about the

didn't particularly care for the breakfast option being extremely limited, but i'm very grateful for the coffee and for the food

continental breakfast could have more choices - only hot item was biscuits and gravy and that was usually gone

the pool and hot tub were a little crowded all the kids jumping in (being kids) but adults only can swim from 10 pm till midnight (+)the rooms are always spacious, the kids enjoyed the pool area. (+)very clean, nice amenities, my kids loved the pool & the staff was super friendly! (-) we ordered a kids pasta with marinara but they were out of marinara (-)the main reasons we got the room for our getaway for me and my wife to enjoy while having ourself kids free weekend (-) i think the pool room could use some attention, but my kids enjoyed the pool (+) the pool and hot tub are nice and kids can swim till 10 (+) i was so pleased with how much space we had since we were traveling with 2 little kids, a pack and play, toys, etc (+)were a lot of options available for my kids in terms of food and snacks (+) loved the room having the two queens and the foldout couch perfect for traveling with three kids
