poor wifi ion the second floor; i hope they fix it otherwise 10/10

excellent room and a lovely breakfast. staff very helpful with nothing too much trouble.

staff, food and accomodation first class. wifi in the rooms was the single let-down.

we chose the location because of ev charging next door and the central position on a38 within easy reach of most of south and

very reasonable price and excellent bank of ev chargers in the car park.

breakfast was lovely and great views to the estuary & we especially enjoyed eating in the pool

invigorating swimming pool again with amazing seascape views

were using noisy strimmers, blowers and mowers for about two hrs whilst we were sitting by the pool

we had a wonderful breakfast, and lunch at the pool house, which was exceptional

the grounds, the outdoor pool, the sculptures, the staff, the food, the lovely bar and restaurant and hotel decor, and

we needed breakfast early, arrangements were made for us

were lovely and very helpful the breakfast was well presented, a selection of croissants, pastries, fruit etc

modern, kitchen well equipped

room setup for our family was perfect - 2 rooms, 1 with two beds for the kids and a little kitchenette with fridge and sink handy for storing snacks and refilling drinks, and a second room

original room was right above the kitchen extractor fan which was quite noisy
