the staff ,the food ,the pool absolutely amazing best place in lanzarote

holiday with being picked up by lani' private transport, lovely driver, to the welcoming staff & sparkly offered to us when booking in

the breakfast menu is provided all day so if you fancy brunch instead you can have that, you can have

breakfast

early check in/ late check out and all other requests w/o any problem

pool area was lovely and plenty of sun loungers never had to leave a towel out lol

little english speaking channels and they were old so couldn’t contact any devices to them for kids at night

very clean and bright heated pool. bar had food beer and food options..

the heated pool was great on cooler days and staff maned this at all times

30 which was disappointing for the kids who wanted to have a game of pool

about this hotel from the reception staff to the bar staff and even the cleaners is absolutely 100% fabulous

breakfast was amazing and the size of the room and amazing staff

as we traveled with kids and they like jacuzzi, we couldn't make the use of it

if you want a quiet option the adult only chill pool and bar is great

selection for breakfast and dinner, superb location, center can be easily reached by foot or bus, close to

the fact that children and families were well looked after in their own dedicated pool area and restaurant gluten-free and lactose free food was available for

inclusive bar stops at 11pm

only complaint would be that the spa services specifically the manicure service offered to my wife was very poor and bad value for

enjoyed the hotel facilities; there is great pool area with plenty of space; we had the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet most days, the room was spacious and

would slightly improve the pool bar service

sound system used by the acts in the piano bar needed setting up properly as it lacked any form of bass, thus the midrange was overpowering

the piano bar had live music on every night that we went although it was very quiet most nights as not many

samuel in the bar area went out of his way to sought out our favourite wine - overall never experienced service

our kids were thrilled with our terrace near the pool, the palms and the pancakes :-) and it is just a
