little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

they emailed me about christmas day gifts for the younger kids and never got anything

should open at 7 am instead of 7:30 am, particularly for those of us with kids needing to get to ski school by 8 am

great fitness, pool & outdoor hot-tub area

needed better can opener and spatula some large bowls. kitchen needs more stuff

wooden furniture and kitchen with stove

was comfortable and the room included a table, kitchen sink, fridge, stovetop and microwave so you could have eaten meals there

the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need

plenty of rooms, bathrooms were nice, kitchen looks newly renovated

breakfast and really nice spa robes that you can wear to and from the hot tub

suggestion is to get the spa fixed and trim the greenery a bit so mountains are more visible

the breakfast room was a bit cramped, but the food more than made up for it.

really enjoyed the breakfast and loved the savoury options

missing a microwave in the otherwise fully equipped kitchen area of the la casita.

the trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen

yes it had a small kitchen only that the stove didn’t work at all

the novelty of staying in an rv park.

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

each had their own personality, and it was an added bonus that they have a fully functioning kitchen inside

the breakfasts were prepared in the awesome kitchen and included homemade delicious fresh baked muffins every morning

had a full living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a full kitchen

the spa and the salt swimming pool - fabulous!

we enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub and the botanical garden was beautiful.

got a massage at the spa and it was great

service at the bar was rude and slow

great rooms - pool and spa were exceptional as was the bar/restaurant.

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

breakfast on the beautiful patio was the perfect way to start our day

great place to stay. very quaint and comfortable. wonderful breakfast and staff.

as great as all of that was, the breakfast may have been the true star

sofa bed was awful, we ended up sleeping on the floor, with kids this meant no one got decent sleep

dead spiders in the beds that my kids pointed out, and used sugar and creamer packets for that coffee that had never been tossed out

pool is amazing, huge and a great temp

there is no breakfast, which was fine as, after all, you're in taos, so there's michaels kitchen, the taos diner, all sorts of options

kitchen could have had more dishes and utensils

having a mini-kitchenette was also very nice

we reserved a room that advertised a dining table and compact kitchen facilities, but our room upon check-in had neither

kitchen was a bonus with plates and cutlery
