3 of us, had some 14 families members join us for last minute food and drinks, bar staff were brilliant

had to go to the bar to ask for toilet paper which was not provided in the room

food was delicious and bar had a great vibe

travelled with my 3yo and is was ideal, deluxe room had plenty of space and the kids menu in the bar was spot on

staff all very welcoming and helpful ,and huge thanks to the reservations team for arranging early check

from check in, the bar area, the bedroom, breakfast and check out it was an excellent experience

was a++++, staff fantastic, grounds stunning, breakfast and evening meal was lovely and accomadated brilliantly for my vegan partner

room was amazing and breakfast was nice too.

was a room service option but no way to actually order this apart from go to reception

no spa or hot tub facilities

we used netflix whilst there and had to connect the tv to my personal hotspot and the wifi signal wouldn't work for either of our phones or the smart tv without losing connection

copper bath in room had pool of water in the bottom of it, so not cleaned
