room was newly renovated but windows opened dangerous for kids as all floors are high up
no wifi in rooms only in main reception areas
was a crystalyte floor and grand entrance fit for a king, a piano in the bar which was actually furnished with the essential chairs that were amazing each a gold lion door
working, so you have to walk via the exit stairs or be s rotes by a staff member to use the back room service lift
waited an hour for food with young kids getting impatient in the restaurant and they forgot some of the order that we never received
