had a policy that you had to notify them 24 hours in advance if you wanted room service on your room that s a little bit hard when you just arrive and you need your room

the gilded unicorn bar in the basement was the perfect nightcap spot

complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about, but it rarely is, and it didn't diminish my experience one bit
