the pool was too cold

i booked two rooms for my husband, myself and the kids

the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the location with all excellent

breakfast was delish, evening food was great too

fitness room is open and limited to 2 ppl at a time

parking was a little worrisome due to the fact that the 1st morning we we're there the police were

vid-19 had me afraid of using the gym) and i was pleased that it was well lit

the room service attendants were very friendly in passing

the morning breakfast was good, the amount of places near by were great

the rooms were clean and roomy with a full kitchen and pull out couch

one other thing that would be nice was if the hotel had it's own pool and didn't have to share with the neighboring property although being allowed to do so was a

spacious room and all the amenities both at the gym, nice breakfast and the room were all throughly enjoyed

breakfast was fine (make your own waffles, normal buffet items (but not real scrambled eggs)

if i had to say something- it would be you need to use the pool next door at the double tree.

the hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing

location, kitchener, laundry facilities and staff

was good, gym facility was pleasing, the peloton bike was a great bonus, room was

the suite was perfect for a small family breakfast during the holidays

the room was organized perfectly—with kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom all slightly separate

great breakfast and gathering area.

i didn’t like looking in the drawer in the kitchen and finding a mess with the sharp knives

it was also nice to have a kitchen with the refrigerator, microwave and mini stove

the pool was warm perfect for the kids

you could hear kids running down the hall, music and the room on top had kids as well n sounded like they were

space, friendliness of staff, pool, breakfast and afternoon cookies!

everyone was friendly loved that breakfast was included and loved that the pool closed late

breakfast was over when i got there; thought i had until 10; ended at 9:30

very nicely equipped suite with good kitchen facilities, ironing board and hairdryer

breakfast was scaled way back, supposedly for covid, but did everything have to be disposable

the room design was good with a small kitchen and a sofa bed

excellent laundry facilities - fast dryer which saved us hours

breakfast line on a counter although booked in advance, only one choice for breakfast

access to bar and restaurant times not suitable to needs

a single bottle of water is charged... for a luxury hotel.. no room service
