the jacuzzi and the parking was ok. front desk was very nice. area was ok.

com rate was for king suite with spa smoking@ $138+tax

i was excited about the spa tub but once i physically saw the lack of maintenance for it i refused to get it

the parking lot was full of snow and ice, it was horrible trying to drive through.

like the fact that there were so many kids running around all hours of the night screaming on the top of their lungs

had only one waffle maker and kids had to wait in q for long

it was super spacious and modern with a fridge, usb plugs, coffee bar with sink, desk and cool furniture like a lounge chair and ottomans - the extra pillows and

the bar near it was noisy late into the night.

kids loved the pool and hot chocolate

kitchen was equipped so we were able to cook light dinner, which was very convenient with the kids

the breakfast

was shocked to have a full breakfast every morning considering we already had a great kitchen available in the suite

could mention something the pool staff there was a gentleman there who was a little rude about my kids being kids and of course being a little loud and using pool equipment which wasn't allowed i

you have access to a indoor pool, grill and lounging area on the outside and a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry

the room service food made me sick

gym looked good for my purposes although i didn't get a chance to use

was good but wallpaper was peeling, room service was consistent every day- had to go get towels from the front desk twice

ordered room service and was delivered food in plastic bags

location was okay. it had decent parking. gym was okay but not great.

i loved the breakfast and the spa tub.
