gym equipment mostly not working

there could be more laundry facilities.

you can purchase laundry soap at the lobby

the gym is also small and don't have enough facilities

the kids really enjoyed the back elevator for access to the cambridge mall

took kids to museum of science and my husband met a friend for celtics game so the location was perfect

the mini bar was there but we had no way of checking the prices of items before using them which seemed

nice gym, well equipped

the restaurant and bar were comfortable and the food was great

had $25 credit per night to use at the bar and the guy who was during checking in didn't tell us, the next day we found out

extremely helpful and informative, including letting me know that when we checked in that the kitchen closed soon so we could order and use our $20 credit

very friendly staff, allowed early check in. breakfast with plenty of choices.

the bar is still closed so we had to leave the hotel to have a drink

the staff were friendly and greeted our kids with care packages upon arrival

the amazing doorman gave our kids boston scrapbooks that kept them entertained in the

breakfast wasnt worth 18$

felt very welcome, from the doorman to the front desk & breakfast people

some kids were banging around at 3:30am.

the gym was really nice with all new equipment

allowed us early check in

also i didn't receive a wifi password but i also forgot to ask

they provide early check in and late checkout, people are very nice as well.

located, huge room with kitchen, awesome pool and bar with outdoor terrace

we didn’t use it, but if we need to do laundry it was available and maintained

the rooftop bar and pool was a huge plus, such a beautiful view
