facilities could use an upgrade as well to include wifi in rooms, not just by the pool or in the

dead insects in the kitchen cabinets, bed sheets that were not changed from last guests (we had to wash them ouselves,

things i could suggest would be to have more pots and pans and a spatula in the kitchen, and a garbage disposal, maybe some more towels and wash clothes, but we always bring our

hot water in kitchen and second bath was hard to get

roaches in kitchen cabinets, no beach towels, no hand towels, no paper towels, no hands soap

the double room is a little small for a family with two small kids, but not a problem at all

room was clean, with easy access to the pool, tiki bar and gym

not expect our arrival, maid barged in the room without knocking at 9:00 am on or last day and gym facilities were a joke

no power, kitchen was closed because the chef was under the weather, even before the power went out

would have liked to see a pool table in the lobby and more options for breakfast
