i had a amazing room towards the pool and river side with a balcony

spa closed (and this was not advertised); not 5star service ex: insufficient advice from staff

staff were friendly specially nizar at the reception very excellent helpful the breakfast was very good the taxi service right on time i really appreciate it and i thanks all the

dawliz will always be a pleasurable memory, staff were so friendly and catered to all our needs, breakfast buffet to room service was exceptional

i had a massage and that was great and the staff were very accommodating when it came to late check out

there was a swimming pool advertised, but there is currently none

pool looked great (we didn't use it as it was rainy when we visited)

(-)ants in the room, slow service by the pool, and the salt water pool had too much salt. (+)staff was great, especially next to the pool (+)every thing was good from the desk staff til mamadou in the pool.
