customer service- i was told their was a complimentary shuttle to pick me up from the airport- several calls and an hour and half wait a taxi picked me up

to be a map of all floors and where other rooms such as the restaurant, washing machine , gym , pool are located at

plus, the breakfast lady was kind, efficient and was stocked/cleaned when we went in

the airport shuttle.
