wish we could have enjoyed the pool but it opened the day after we left

stayed at copperleaf boutique hotel & spa when i came to appleton to attend a performance at the fox cities performance arts center

would like information in the room for the spa and the restaurant and other food choices

spa was excellent

we ordered room service twice and it was always fast

there is a small workout room and a pool

very good breakfast in nice environment

pool water could be a bit warmer

pool area was nice as well

bar was nice

customer service- i was told their was a complimentary shuttle to pick me up from the airport- several calls and an hour and half wait a taxi picked me up

we didn’t even get to use the very nice indoor pool

needs to be a map of all floors and where other rooms such as the restaurant, washing machine , gym , pool are located at

breakfast was better than most and coffee was always availale

pool area is great for families with younger kids

kids loved the pool

extras like bathrobes very clean like the access to the restaurant and patio bikes for rent, mini-golf are nice

it’s a family friendly hotel, with a pool, outdoor hot tub, and a golf course on the grounds

awesome waterpark! my kids loved it we will definitely be back !!

parking can be a challenge to be close to door, but there are a lot of parking spaces

rude as all hell in the hotel and i didn’t know there was a pow wow going on that weekend so kids were running up and down the hallways and the pool was packed with kids after 10pm

very noisy. doors banging all night long. kids running up and down hallway yelling.

it's clean; pool & hot tub are nice.

the bingo hall is just across the parking lot and the casino is just down the hall

facilities were very nice our room included a kitchenette

close to airport and provides shuttle

laundry/vending was nice. maybe sandwiches or salad vending without cont brkfst?

the daytime staff who were working in the shop and doing laundry, play their music and talk so loud we could hear it over our tv many doors down

price, shuttle, staff, cleanliness, kitchen in the room, coffee in the lobby

appreciate having a little something for breakfast & parking included

breakfast wasn't served until 8:00am and i travel for work and was leaving at 7:15am

the registration person was super welcoming & i appreciate the pre-check in connects to set up early check in

she brought us ice from the bar for our drinks and made us eggs in the morning

had to go to their bar to get room keys
