friendly staff, great location, nice outdoor pool

we enjoyed very much the sauna and out breakfast

we parked the motorbikes opposite reception but the hotel provides ample parking to the one side

view from our balcony, very clean throughout and all the staff were pleasant and helpful ample parking spaces and lots of beds and chairs round the pool

staff went out of their way to help us at check in and breakfast

my kids really enjoyed the mountains' views and hiking

breakfast was perfect every morning and lily made the most amazing cakes each day i was there

breakfast was great

breakfast delivered in a basket to the house each morning which was delicious

is our second visit at cerdeira, such a wonderful place to stay, as a couple or with kids

hotel with stunning views across the lake, a well maintained pool and gardens with a tennis court, mini golf and children s play area

which is my number one priority when traveling with kids and plan to do a maximum activities outdoors the suit view is

the views, the pool area, the hotel, the bar area, the food was amazing (from breakfast to afternoon nibble to an amazing dinner) (+) bar and restaurant with decent quality (-)the outside of the hotel needs a little cleaning. bar and restaurant prices are a bit high. (+)all the faciliteis make this hotel very cosy and this time we enjoyed the open fireplace at the bar while looking at the beautiful view (-)bar menu was restrictive (+) we had a bar snack which was reasonable (-) there is no internet connection at the pool and there is no bar service (+) the bar area is so nice with lots of sofas to read or to have a drink with beautiful view arround

pool gets deep fast which was fine for us but i imagine that for people with kids might not be so great

far from any major city

the pool area is especially nice too

the pool was a welcome relief from the heat, although it did accumulate some debris due to its location

there are no shops nearby in the morning the host provided all the necessary for a very good breakfast

the breakfast was delivered warm and fresh

had a kitchenette so we could have done with some washing up stuff to keep the place clean

sweet little kitchen which we were not expecting

suite even offered a kitchen utility

the sofa bed for the kids was also excellent

parking is in a different location, had to carry my luggage across the road.

you eat the breakfast at the 5th floor with an awesome view over all of coimbra

the hotel also has a lovely pool and gym and kids play area

after everything else being so good, the breakfast was a little disappointing

and helpful staff; about 15 minutes away from coimbra by car; kids friendly hotel (baby crib, highchair and playground available); free parking; large breakfast

if it wasn't the time of covid, the poolside bar would have been an added delight

was a little disappointing that there wasn't a bar at the hotel, but that is my personal choice
