we've stayed a couple times now but were upgraded to a hot tub room, the kids loved it

the phone in our room was not working so receiving room service, valet or bell hop services required us to go to the front desk and the male attendant

the gym was poorly equipped

room service messed up our order a couple of times but remedied it immediately

had a one bedroom unit with a kitchen

down to the creek where my husband and i like to have a glass of wine by the water while the kids explore the creek

the gym was so nice

i didn’t really have time to enjoy the amenities due to the pool closing at 9, with all the other things i had packed into my day

we booked a queen size bed with enough space for 2 adults

were lucky that the others staying here were all adults and not a rowdy bunch

i needed a late check out to attend a tour and they were very accommodating

there is an unexplained surcharge fee on top of the price of the room, taxes, and any pet fee.
