although i did not use it to navigate the city, the complimentary o'hare airport shuttle service was nice
it was great to have a shuttle to the airport.
liked the hotel room it was nice the king size bed was great i liked the pool and the hot tub the customer service was
now, they ask that reserve pool time for you and your guests
no shuttle to o'hare.

has a separate kitchen/living/sleeping/bathroom areas in a compact space

clean, modern...loved the kitchen
a few more food options you could order at the bar would have been nice.

tub had grab bar but not really an accessible room
nice size rooms. good gym and pool area. staff very friendly and accommodating
had to ask for room service daily
mirror in the bathroom was at an inconvenient position; i did not like using a qr code to order room service

excellent neat with bar and indoor swimming pool
i wished there was plain scrambled eggs for breakfast, no biggy.
the location was great! the breakfast was good, my kids loved it.
i walked at the track at the park and even ate my breakfast out there one morning
