in a long time, stains on the rugs, etc - wine fridge did not work, no coffee mugs in the main kitchen, 30 mins wait for everything

breakfast service included was so good and they have several delicious options

only issue my reservation said it included 1 free breakfast for 2 that was not honored.

never worked properly and the gas alarm triggered when we used it, the bathroom smelled and the breakfast service was way too slow

the restaurants closed early, we had to eat by 7:00pm because the kitchen closed by 8:00pm

also, a welcome guide with all the things we needed to know like local restaurants, pool hours, wifi, etc

rooms are very very nice and confortable, the pool area was really nice it would of been nice to have an umbrella for the heat
