kitchen and bathroom were filthy

kitchen sink didn’t work & all through the night it

run down, cigarette burns on bedding, mouldy sofa bed, dirty kitchen and piles of dust on fans

dirty, bugs, peeling paint, kitchenette appliances not hooked up nor cleaned in years, smokers next door and rambunctious,

i was given a suite. kitchen no longer functioned but the space was large and open.

staff was amazing, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was top

my niece loves the swimming pool. the view was awesome

lotion and soap were not replaced the next day, the pool/spa consistently said it was closed (although the signs said it was open until 10 pm and the door

early check in was fabulous, we offered to pay more but they declined with a smile

there's a gym and a pool which were both really nice

the kitchen is bigger than my kitchen at home

laundry facilities were good

we love details and the sitting room on the first floor/ laundry room was a hidden gem

wasn't a huge deal, but the sounds from the bar next to or connected to the hotel traveled into the rooms and make it very disruptive during

very large rooms great kitchen and lounge area , everything perfect !

was quite and roomey had wifi

the wifi seemed a little week

the pillows were flat, but i doubled them up. the wifi connection was very weak.

room available as if i had a long awaited reservation, i arrived rather late and the pleasant night shift employee, i requested a late check out which was granted

the grounds were great, and the breakfast was really nice

way to make our stay extremely pleasant from giving us more pillows and letting us know of their laundry facilities onsite to helping us find places to visit while staying in their property

the front desk, the associates working the kitchen area and more were very friendly

i would've to return to use the other amenities like the pool and gym

the pool closed at a certain time but they let us know we could stay a little extra longer in the pool
