the golf-cart rental was also quite pricey ($50 us for four hours, not including gas) (+)beach getaway, if you like nightlife this resort will not be for you, but you can always rent golf cart or take water taxi to san pedro (-) the golf carts offered were too expensive (+) if you want to book a golf cart, it might cost a little more, but book with the place you are staying, they check the gas (+)place is remote - away from all the crazy golf carts or vendors approaching you on the beach (+) you can rent a golf cart to go to nearby restaurants and a little market about 15 minutes from the hotel (give or (-) golf cart rentals are available although the price is nearly double the going rate in san pedro (+) south by golf cart (rent your own at one of the places in san pedro) (+) the property is 7 miles from san pedro town so is a bit of a commute on a golf cart on a road filled with pot holes, but that just added to the adventure

the gym and pool were nice

almost all rooms are open to the pool area, which is beautiful, but expect screaming kids at all hours in the pool

they brought in a couple uncomfortable cots for the kids

the kids enjoyed the pool
