best property we stayed at with covered parking and guards and a gym, pool, ac and

the beach and other stores but it’s pretty steep for anyone with accessibility issues or little kids

villas are just amazing pool is great to relax you can choose different kind of breakfast -some costs more (difference must be (+)the staff,the location and breakfast was great!! (+)the breakfast and shuttle service was amazing (-)thought they had a breakfast buffet, but they have only 2 choices for breakfast, nicaraguan breakfast or pancakes and (-)the breakfast was very simple and expensive. (+)staff, especially max, the breakfast girls and the security were so nice and helpful (+)facilities were clean, staff responsiveness, flexibility with check out and breakfast included. (+)breakfast was fine. was better in pat years. (+)the free breakfast included in our booking was very good. the view from the villa was lovely.

kids enjoyed the pool very much. great food. villa was clean and comfortable.

the swimming pool was sparkling clean but the beach was the winning feature for us

also the pool was too dirty even with dead frogs
