overall, it's great property especially good space for kids to run around

awesome digital tv & excellent high speed internet (finally - somebody has wifi done (+)good wifi (+) free wifi and netflix (although i didn't use (+) room was comfortable: crisp white bed linen, good wifi, good aircon, good shower (-) the wifi was awful, almost always disabled

location , nice vibes , beautiful rooms , stunning swimming pool , restaurabt is great to have a drink at sunset , very nice

and elaine prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning, with great care for special wishes

breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were extremely lovely

the restaurant was good, personnel very kind, we didnt try the breakfast because it was quite expensive

nice swimming pool and 10 min walking to puerto de la cruz, where you can find restaurants and beaches

would be better with more fun for kids

most of the staff are very nice people, kids animation guy - superman

hotel offers a lot of facilities, but the gym is a way too old, it would need a brand new equipment
