i got 2 rooms, one for myself and fiance and one for kids and there was hair in the beds, in the showers, on the towels, in the sinks
then after me and my kids waited for
over charge for a room i didn’t have and no pool for kids this is the 2nd stay there and it’s always the pool is close due to it being
that was really upsetting and having to do my own bed after being tired, and having my kids wait till i fixed the bed before laying

this was a very nice place to stay! bed was great! breakfast was great! staff was great!
chose this hotel based on its location near seaworld, and on the fact that it had indoor pool and spa for the grandkids

tried too charge us the whole mini bar from our room but the only thing out of the mini bar that was touched was the bottle of jack
