we had a soccer tournament and would have to leave before breakfast by 7am, but clorissa spoke with her manager and they were awesome to set

pool was so steamy at some points you couldn't even see the kids which was very unsafe also the amount of kids that were under 12 in the pool without an adult

booked this hotel hoping that my kids could swim there, but that didn't happen

never get a room on the first floor the noise level from people checking in and kids running up and down the halls was unbearable

indoor pool, i prefer an outdoor one.

everything was working properly the gym, ice machine, and the pool

short staffed. difficulty in ordering room service, getting toilet paper, towels, and water.

breakfast buffet has lots of choices except the egg counter i was not happy with

everything! i loved that the suites were spacious so we weren’t close to the kids

not a problem, just something to keep in mind if you have kids/dogs/lots of bags

gym was cramped and equipment was lower quality

the amenities were very well kept and the location is beautiful, we loved the gym and the fire pit outside

breakfast was good

the gym was combined with the laundry.. that was a turn off...

the place was awesome my kids loved the pool,and basketball court, breakfast was awesome too!!
