would've been nice to have robes in the room to go down to the pool and hot tub.
location was scary bringing my kids in and out from the car
they charge extra for dogs even if you book a pet friendly room through the site
location, staff and gym..
there can be sketchy people in the area. some non appropriate experiences my kids have seen.

the children on the field trip enjoyed having the indoor pool available to them.
the pool area was disgusting
the pool room was to humid and everything was soaking wet.
room was clean and the pool was great the restaurant is awesome with reasonable price and grand portion sizes great
the pool was a little too warm, didn't stop us though.

breakfast sausages could have been cooked a little longer. i like them a little brown.
the buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices and fresh fruit.
great staff, breakfast room was amazing...excellent value for your money!
the pool had no water in it as it was being renovated

i asked the kitchen staff & they said they have never had that
no water kettle in the kitchen
also allowed us an early check in so we could relax in our room prior to a sporting event
the swimming pool and gym are popular places for inside fun
pool was so kid friendly for all my kids ages and i have a span from 12 to 1 years old
