relaxing for the kids too the spa was amazing too we all enjoyed the place even the kids love the pool the staff were very welcome

the facilities in the gym and the pool area were excellent, the food was amazing and reasonably priced, and the staff

wifi didn t work at all on the first day and the netflix didn t work on the tv but on day two

breakfast was very fresh and loved the free room service to our suite

the staff were super friendly and sorted an early check in for us no problem :) and the decor was gorgeous i loved the room

terrible wifi and very noisy.

rooms were clean and fresh laundry every day

the room had it's own wifi so you never once felt like it was struggling, the staff especially rachel was really lovely

came back to liverpool to stay a week to see friends and booked this property with the kitchen being a main priority so i didn’t have to eat all of my meals out

great location, kids loved the penthouse

very good communication from the hosts and kids enjoyed the stay

for apartnent but then had to walk few streets for the actual reception with cases and two kids it was a bit of a

good facilities with kitchen utensils
